Dreams on a piece of paper
Born on the 3rd of November 1979 in Lofoten, Norway. A nomad, but I call Sørvågen in Lofoten “home”.
Selfproclaimed “kidult”, allconsuming, devoted and born with a pencil in my hand. Art student and working mother, for the time being in Åsgreina, Akershus.
School was a nightmare – drawing and writing always had to be within certain boundaries – and I lacked the adaptability at that certain point, and ended up fighting my own conscience a lot. Regular dates with the janitor every Friday to clean my drawings off my desk and chair, whick has resulted in me becoming very good at cleaning.
I draw what I see, paint what I feel and photograph what I love.
My conscience is clear now, I still draw on walls, but only my own. And once in a while on canvas and paper.
